Herman DeLatte has served as president and Director of the company since September 1997 and as Chief Executive Officer since November 1997. Prior to joining the company Mr. DeLatte was employed by Micrografx Inc. as Chief Operating Officer from September 1994 to May 1997 in Dallas, TX and as Vice President Europe from August 1991 to September 1994 in Geneva. DeLatte held various sales management positions with Control Data and Ashton-Tate in Brussels, Amsterdam, London , Cleveland OH and Greenwich CT. His more than 20 years experience in the industry also includes the co-founding of ORES BV and MADESU BV in Amsterdam. DeLatte completed his education in Europe and holds a graduate Computer Science degree from the Lindelei College in Belgium.

Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer
Stephen Wietrecki is responsible for ON Technology's worldwide accounting, finance, operations and information technologies efforts. He has held various positions with the company since October 1995, most recently as the Director of Finance and Information Technologies. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Wietrecki was employed by BTR, plc as a Senior Internal Auditor from 1993 to 1995, responsible for the Americas Region. Wietrecki has also held a variety of positions with Texas Instruments Inc. He holds a MBA from Boston University and a BS in Economics from Bryant College.

Vice President, Worldwide Marketing and Alliances
Roy Sanford leads ON Technology's worldwide marketing efforts which focus on the strategic positioning and development of leveraged partnerships for ON Technology's key products, ON Command CCM and Meeting Maker. Prior to joining ON Technology, Sanford was the Director of Business Development at EMC Corporation where sales exceeded $2 billion. While there, he created and spearheaded the company's Software Alliance Program, and was a key member of the Open Storage Division management team, transforming it from a $10 million unit to a $200 million revenue-generating division within one year. Sanford has worked in the High Technology industry for more than 16 years. He holds an MBA from the Wharton Shool of Business, an MS in Operations Research from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BS in applied mathematics from Drexel University.

Hans-Till Freiherr von Ruexleben
Vice President, Professional Support
Hans-Till Freiherr von Ruexleben is responsible for the Professional Services and Customer Support offerings for ON Command CCM. Mr. von Ruexleben was the founder and Managing Director of csd Software GmbH, prior to its acquisition by ON Technology in 1997. Till grew the company to 55 employees and over $11 million in revenues in Germany. Mr. von Ruexleben is now established in Cambridge, Mass. as Vice President Professional Support. Prior to founding csd, Mr. von Ruexleben was Quality Manager at Siemens Nixdorf AG, where he consulted to Fortune 500 size corporations in network architecture, backup strategy, and network management. Before that he established the first Client/Server applications and PCs in his function as IDV (Individuelle Datenverarbeitung) Manager at Bayerische Landesbank in Munich. Mr. von Ruexleben has a MCS equivalent degree in Computer Science and attended post-graduate classes in Business Administration.

Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Sudama was most recently chief technologist at Teradyne Corporation, where he provided strategic advice to the Board of Directors related to technology investments. From 1993 to 1997 he was the Vice President of Technology and Chief Scientist at Open Environment Corporation (OEC), taking it from a small startup to one of the most successful software companies in the enterprise tools business. Previously, at Digital Equipment Corporation, Mr. Sudama provided technical leadership for the development of significant new technologies, including the Open Software Foundation's Distributed Computing Environment (DCE) and the display architecture used in Digital's highly successful line of video terminal products. Prior to joining Teradyne Corporation in 1998, Mr. Sudama was president and CEO of Sandalwood Studios, Inc., where he was reponsible for consulting and product development. At Sandalwood, Mr. Sudama assisted vendors with planning and designing new software products. Mr. Sudama received an M.S. in computer science from National Technological University and a B.A. in humanistic studies from Johns Hopkins University, and has authored several research papers. Mr. Sudama is co-author of the book Network Monitoring Explained: Design and Applications.

Vice President of North American Sales
Robert Orr isresponsible for expanding ON Technology's current U.S. sales teams as well as related support and professional services. Mr. Orr was most recently the director of the eastern region at Clarify, Inc., where he was responsible for concurrently building the East-coast team from 3 to 25 people and increasing the Company's related sales revenue from $3 to $28 million in just three years.
Prior to joining Clarify, Inc., Orr held various enterprise sales and management functions at Burroughs Corp., Xerox Computer Services Inc., Answer Computer Inc. and Cullinet Inc. Orr holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University.
